The hard work that went into planning and creating this issue is evident on each and every page of loveliness. This summer we were lucky enough to tag along with SW Art Director, Emily Ayer, and her team from Southern Weddings magazine as they worked with dynamic duo Joey + Jessica to create the ‘Paper, Cotton, and Flour‘ shoot.

I hope it’s evident from this BTS film just how hard this crew of creatives worked  to create the shots you see in your magazine! I also hope we captured the fun and festivity of the day, to which there was plenty! Big thanks to Joey + Jessica for bringing the tunes to keep us going through the day. In fact, at one point in the shoot, the RJD2 song we’ve used in this film was playing on Joey’s iPod. Thanks for the inspiration!
